It started with a simple idea: I just wanted a really good cookie. Not dry. Not crumbly. Not “this is pretty good…for gluten-free.” A real cookie.

So I got to work—testing, adjusting, and learning what actually makes a cookie feel right. What came out of that process is what you'll find here: cookies that are soft, rich, and full of flavor, made in small batches and built with intention.
